Plunzoboardtll Privacy Afloat
This notice explains the information handling built into plunzoboardtll.yachts. It distinguishes browsing the site, composing a message locally and choosing to send an email.
Who to contact
Plunzoboardtll is the independent editorial identity used on this website. Questions about this notice or information you have sent can be directed to [email protected]. This site does not represent itself as a registered company or regulated marine advisory service.
Ordinary browsing
The site does not require an account. Its supplied code contains no advertising trackers, analytics integrations, remote fonts or embedded social-media widgets. Images, stylesheets and scripts are requested from the site itself.
Serving a website necessarily involves technical request information, such as an IP address, requested resource, request time and browser information. Hosting and network providers may process or log this information for delivery, security and fault diagnosis. Browser settings and infrastructure outside the page code can also affect information handling. Do not interpret the absence of analytics as a promise that no server records exist.
The contact composer stays on your device
The contact tool builds plain text inside your browser. Its JavaScript does not submit form entries to a server, send an email or save a draft in local storage. It uses the information you enter solely to prepare the message you request.
Choosing Copy text writes that prepared text to your device’s clipboard if your browser allows it. Clipboard contents may be accessible to other applications or clipboard synchronisation services under your settings. Choosing Download .txt creates a local text file; its contents remain wherever you save or share that file. Browser autofill, session restoration or device backups may retain entries independently of this site.
If you send an email
Sending through your own email application is a separate action. The message and associated details, such as your email address and any name you provide, are then handled through the relevant email systems. Information received is used to review your enquiry, consider corrections and respond where appropriate.
Only provide information relevant to the request. Do not send payment details, passwords, sensitive medical information or unnecessary vessel identifiers. Correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the matter, maintain relevant records or meet legal obligations. No fixed deletion interval is promised here.
Browser storage
The Cookie Notice offers an optional control that saves an essential-only preference in local storage. It is not a tracking identifier. The value remains on the browser until removed by you, cleared by the browser or changed through the page controls. Read the Cookie Notice for the exact key and removal options.
Purposes, disclosure and safeguards
Where data protection law applies, necessary website operation and security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to the applicable legal test. Handling an enquiry may rely on legitimate interests, steps you request before an agreement, or another applicable basis. A legal obligation may require particular processing or disclosure.
The site does not include functionality that sells personal information or shares it with advertisers. Hosting and email service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required. No internet or email service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to certain processing, or request portability. These rights have conditions and exceptions. You may also be able to complain to your relevant data protection authority.
Send a request to the contact address above and describe the information or correspondence concerned. Avoid sending identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is necessary and agreed. Clearing browser data removes local preferences but does not delete an email already sent.
External services and changes
Links to external websites and your chosen email software are governed by their own practices. This notice may be revised as site functionality changes; the current version will appear on this page. Review it before sending information if you have concerns.
